THE PILATES JUMPSTART SERIES
The Jumpstart series is six private lessons, which introduce you to the basic Pilates routines on the main Pilates apparatus. Schedule right away, get customized attention to your needs, and advance at your pace. Complete the series and get cleared to work out on your own, jump into group classes, or continue with private instruction at a rate that feels right for you.

THE PILATES 101 SERIES
This 8-lesson, 4-week group series teaches basic Pilates moves, sets up your custom chart, and gets you comfortable with the equipment. Completion clears you to work out on your own and/or continue with the next group series, the Pilates 102, which continues with improving skills and technique. Pilates 101 is offered every eight weeks, so please sign up with one of our teachers.

PERSONAL PILATES INSTRUCTION: PRIVATE OR DUO LESSONS
This instruction offers personalized lessons specifically targeting your individual needs and goals, which maximizes your results. Workout with a partner regularly to increase your motivation, enjoy camaraderie and save money.
SAFE BACK CLASS / PILATES THERAPEUTICS
Suffer no more from back pain, stiffness, or feeling old. Pilates addresses underlying structural physical imbalances which effect back health. Learn a lifelong home routine, plus a basic equipment routine you can do at the club. Our Therapeutics Class offers a slower environment for students recovering from various knee, hip, and back orthopedic surgeries.
GROUP CIRCUIT CLASSES
Five students create a small group training environment, which allows for individual attention along with camaraderie and motivation. These classes take advantage of all the Pilates equipment in the Studio, reformers, jumpboards, towers, mats, chair, and Keiser strength-training. The circuit class combines various apparatus to create endlessly different workouts. All classes are customized to the individuals present. Drop-ins welcome, though reservations suggested.

The Open Studio is a cornerstone of our unique program, as developed by Carol Appel. Once you learn your baseline routine you are encouraged to workout independently, in the Pilates Studio (space providing). Open Studio enables you to reach your fitness goals and appreciate The Pilates Method at its deepest level.
